Advertising Review Analyst

About the Role

Global Advisers is seeking a Advertising Review Analyst in Red Bank, NJ to review website, social, email, presentation, article, and other promotional communications for consistency with applicable investment-adviser advertising standards and firm policy. The role is designed for professionals who can exercise sound judgment, work collaboratively, and maintain high standards of accuracy, client service, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

  • Review marketing and client-facing communications before publication where required.
  • Evaluate performance, testimonials, endorsements, rankings, claims, disclosures, and substantiation.
  • Maintain review records, approvals, comments, and supporting evidence.
  • Work with marketing and business teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor recurring website and social-media content for compliance concerns.
  • Support updates to advertising procedures and training materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • One or more years of compliance, legal, marketing-review, financial-services, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong writing, editing, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to apply rules consistently to varied communications.
  • Strong documentation and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the SEC Investment Adviser Marketing Rule or state RIA advertising requirements.
  • Experience reviewing digital content, social media, or financial-performance materials.
