Advisory Billing & Reporting Analyst

About the Role

Global Advisers is seeking a Advisory Billing & Reporting Analyst in Westport, CT to support accurate advisory-fee calculations, billing controls, client reporting, and management reporting across the firm's advisory relationships. The role is designed for professionals who can exercise sound judgment, work collaboratively, and maintain high standards of accuracy, client service, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate and review advisory fees using account, household, agreement, and billing data.
  • Reconcile billing outputs to custodial and internal records.
  • Prepare client and management reports and investigate reporting exceptions.
  • Maintain documentation for billing methodology, adjustments, and approvals.
  • Support quarter-end controls and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring calculations and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • One or more years of billing, accounting, portfolio operations, or financial-reporting experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel and numerical reasoning skills.
  • High attention to accuracy and controlled processes.
  • Ability to document calculations and resolve discrepancies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with advisory billing software, custodial data, portfolio accounting, or Power BI/Tableau.
  • Accounting coursework or certification.
