About the Role

Global Advisers is seeking a Cash & Transfer Operations Specialist in Miami, FL to coordinate cash movement, transfer-of-assets, distribution, and account-funding workflows with strong controls around instructions, documentation, and client communication. The role is designed for professionals who can exercise sound judgment, work collaboratively, and maintain high standards of accuracy, client service, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

  • Process and monitor approved cash movement and transfer requests.
  • Verify instructions, documentation, approvals, and custodian requirements.
  • Track transfer-of-assets and account-funding progress and resolve exceptions.
  • Maintain records and evidence for completed transactions.
  • Coordinate with advisors, clients, and custodians regarding timing and status.
  • Escalate unusual, incomplete, or potentially fraudulent requests immediately.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Two or more years of financial-services operations, banking, brokerage, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow transaction-control procedures.
  • Strong communication and problem-resolution skills.
  • Ability to recognize and escalate fraud, privacy, and authorization concerns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with custodial money movement, ACATS/TOA workflows, or banking operations.
  • Fraud-prevention or operational-risk experience.
