About the Role

Global Advisers is seeking a Chief of Staff in New York City, NY (Wall Street) to support executive leadership on priorities that cut across the firm, including decision preparation, operating cadence, strategic projects, communications, and follow-through. The role is designed for professionals who can exercise sound judgment, work collaboratively, and maintain high standards of accuracy, client service, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare executive agendas, decision materials, briefing notes, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure ownership of agreed actions.
  • Track strategic priorities, risks, dependencies, and key operating metrics.
  • Support internal communications and leadership planning.
  • Analyze business issues and develop concise recommendations.
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive matters with discretion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
  • Six or more years of strategy, finance, operations, consulting, investment management, or related experience.
  • Exceptional writing, analytical, organizational, and executive-communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguous, high-priority work.
  • High discretion and strong judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior executives in financial services or professional services.
  • MBA, CFA®, or project-management credential.
