About the Role

Global Advisers is seeking a Client Relationship Manager in Providence, RI to manage the service and relationship experience for assigned clients, ensuring priorities are understood, commitments are tracked, and the firm's investment and planning resources are coordinated effectively. The role is designed for professionals who can exercise sound judgment, work collaboratively, and maintain high standards of accuracy, client service, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary relationship and service contact for assigned clients.
  • Prepare for client reviews, track action items, and coordinate follow-through across the firm.
  • Anticipate service needs and resolve issues promptly with appropriate escalation.
  • Coordinate with advisors, investment professionals, operations, compliance, and external professionals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, documentation, and service workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen relationships when additional firm capabilities are relevant.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three or more years of wealth management, client service, relationship management, banking, or professional-services experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and sensitive information.
  • High standards for responsiveness, accuracy, and professional judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Series 65 or financial-services licensing where relevant.
  • Experience with high-net-worth client service and CRM platforms.
