Compensation & Benefits Analyst
About the Role
Global Advisers is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst in Richmond, VA to support compensation analysis, benefits administration, market benchmarking, payroll coordination, and management reporting for the firm's workforce. The role is designed for professionals who can exercise sound judgment, work collaboratively, and maintain high standards of accuracy, client service, and professional conduct.
Responsibilities
- Maintain compensation and benefits data and support recurring analyses.
- Assist with salary benchmarking, incentive-plan administration, and compensation review cycles.
- Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, vendor data, and employee communications.
- Support payroll and HRIS reconciliation.
- Prepare management reports and identify data inconsistencies.
- Maintain confidential compensation and employee information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, economics, accounting, analytics, or a related field.
- One or more years of compensation, benefits, HR analytics, payroll, or related experience preferred.
- Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
- High attention to confidentiality and accuracy.
- Strong written communication and process discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS systems, compensation benchmarking, or benefits administration.
- SHRM or compensation-related coursework.
