Corporate & Contracts Counsel
About the Role
Global Advisers is seeking a Corporate & Contracts Counsel in Blue Bell, PA to support corporate, vendor, technology, employment, and commercial legal matters across the firm, with emphasis on practical contracting and governance. The role is designed for professionals who can exercise sound judgment, work collaboratively, and maintain high standards of accuracy, client service, and professional conduct.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, technology, professional-services, confidentiality, and other commercial agreements.
- Advise on entity governance, corporate approvals, and internal legal documentation.
- Coordinate privacy, data-protection, intellectual-property, and technology-contract issues.
- Maintain contract records, renewal dates, obligations, and approval documentation.
- Support disputes and outside-counsel matters as needed.
- Partner with operations, technology, compliance, HCM, and leadership on legal risk.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and eligibility to perform the role's legal work.
- Five or more years of corporate, commercial-contract, technology, or financial-services legal experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, issue-spotting, and organization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple agreements and business priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS, privacy, cybersecurity, vendor-risk, or financial-services contracts.
- In-house counsel experience.
