About the Role
Global Advisers is seeking a Financial Advisor in Chadds Ford, PA to advise individuals, families, executives, and business owners across investment management and financial planning while developing durable client relationships. The role combines advice, relationship management, business development, and coordinated implementation. The role is designed for professionals who can exercise sound judgment, work collaboratively, and maintain high standards of accuracy, client service, and professional conduct.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver goals-based financial advice aligned with each client's objectives, resources, risk tolerance, and time horizon.
- Advise on investment strategy, retirement income, tax-aware planning, insurance, estate coordination, liquidity, and other relevant financial decisions.
- Lead client meetings and communicate recommendations clearly, including tradeoffs, assumptions, and implementation priorities.
- Develop new client relationships through referrals, professional networks, prospect meetings, and firm-supported business-development activity.
- Coordinate with investment, planning, operations, compliance, insurance, and outside professional resources when client needs require specialized expertise.
- Maintain complete client records and adhere to applicable regulatory, privacy, and firm requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Three or more years of financial-advisory, wealth-management, financial-planning, or closely related client-facing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, retain, and deepen client relationships.
- Series 65 required at hire or within the period permitted by the firm and applicable law.
- Strong investment knowledge, planning judgment, communication skills, and professional integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
- CFP® certification or progress toward CFP® certification.
- Life and health insurance licensing where relevant to the advisor's responsibilities.
- Experience serving high-net-worth clients, executives, professionals, or business owners.
