Human Resources Business Partner
About the Role
Global Advisers is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner in Princeton, NJ to advise leaders and employees on performance, organizational needs, employee relations, policy, workforce planning, and practical people-management decisions. The role is designed for professionals who can exercise sound judgment, work collaboratively, and maintain high standards of accuracy, client service, and professional conduct.
Responsibilities
- Advise managers on performance management, organizational design, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Support onboarding, development, succession, and employee-engagement initiatives.
- Apply HR policies consistently and coordinate employment-law issues with legal resources when appropriate.
- Analyze workforce trends and help leaders make informed people decisions.
- Maintain confidential employee records and documentation.
- Partner with recruiting, compensation, operations, and leadership on firmwide people initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Four or more years of HR business-partner, employee-relations, or generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of practical HR processes and employment-related documentation.
- Strong judgment, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work with sensitive employee information and senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or related credential.
- Experience in financial services, professional services, or a regulated environment.
