About the Role

Global Advisers is seeking a Private Wealth Advisor in West Palm Beach, FL to lead relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients whose financial lives require coordinated investment, planning, liquidity, risk-management, and legacy strategies. The advisor is expected to combine technical judgment with relationship leadership and disciplined business development. The role is designed for professionals who can exercise sound judgment, work collaboratively, and maintain high standards of accuracy, client service, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive private-wealth relationships and act as the primary advisor for complex client needs.
  • Develop investment and planning strategies across taxable portfolios, retirement assets, concentrated positions, liquidity, insurance, estate coordination, and philanthropic objectives.
  • Partner with internal specialists and clients' attorneys, accountants, and other professionals to coordinate implementation.
  • Build and maintain a qualified network of prospective clients, centers of influence, and professional referral relationships.
  • Provide clear advice during significant financial events, market volatility, business transitions, and family wealth decisions.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation, suitability of advisory recommendations, and compliance with firm and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and a record of strong professional achievement.
  • Five or more years of private wealth management, financial advisory, investment management, or related experience.
  • Demonstrated success serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients and developing new relationships.
  • Series 65 required at hire or within the period permitted by the firm and applicable law.
  • Strong investment judgment, executive presence, discretion, and ability to coordinate complex financial matters.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFP®, CFA®, CPA, JD, MBA, or another advanced professional credential.
  • Experience with concentrated stock, executive compensation, business-owner planning, trust and estate coordination, or family-office needs.
