About the Role

Global Advisers is seeking a Product Manager, Advisor Technology in Los Angeles, CA to own the roadmap for internal advisor and client technology, converting business needs into clear product requirements, priorities, testing plans, and measurable improvements. The role is designed for professionals who can exercise sound judgment, work collaboratively, and maintain high standards of accuracy, client service, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements from advisors, operations, compliance, investment, and client-service teams.
  • Prioritize product improvements based on business value, risk, user impact, and implementation effort.
  • Write requirements, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
  • Coordinate development, testing, launch, training, and post-release review.
  • Track product usage, defects, workflow friction, and opportunities for automation.
  • Ensure product changes respect security, privacy, compliance, and records requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Four or more years of product management, business analysis, financial technology, or related experience.
  • Strong requirements, prioritization, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand technical tradeoffs without losing sight of business outcomes.
  • Experience delivering cross-functional software initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with wealth-management, financial-planning, CRM, or portfolio technology.
  • Agile product-management or project-management certification.
