About the Role

Global Advisers is seeking a Regional Managing Director in Fort Washington, PA to lead regional business growth, client outcomes, talent, operating discipline, and cross-functional execution while representing the firm's standards in the local market. The role is designed for professionals who can exercise sound judgment, work collaboratively, and maintain high standards of accuracy, client service, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

  • Set regional priorities for client growth, relationship quality, recruiting, and market development.
  • Lead senior professionals across advisory, investment, operations, and business-development activities.
  • Review regional performance, resource needs, risks, and operating issues.
  • Build relationships with significant clients, prospects, professional intermediaries, and community leaders.
  • Coordinate with firmwide compliance, technology, HCM, legal, and operations resources.
  • Develop future leaders and maintain high standards for judgment, accountability, and client service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or professional credential preferred.
  • Ten or more years of leadership experience in wealth management, investment management, financial services, or a comparable professional-services business.
  • Demonstrated record of business growth, client leadership, and people management.
  • Strong understanding of regulated financial-services operations.
  • Executive judgment, communication, and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFP®, CFA®, CPA, JD, MBA, or comparable advanced credential.
  • Experience building or leading a regional advisory or investment business.
