About the Role

Global Advisers is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Nashua, NH to manage professional recruiting across the firm, partnering with hiring leaders to define role requirements, attract qualified candidates, and run consistent, well-documented selection processes. The role is designed for professionals who can exercise sound judgment, work collaboratively, and maintain high standards of accuracy, client service, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, qualifications, interview plans, and hiring timelines.
  • Source and engage candidates through direct outreach, networks, referrals, and approved recruiting channels.
  • Coordinate screening, interviews, assessments, references, offers, and candidate communications.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and process documentation.
  • Improve candidate experience while preserving consistent evaluation standards.
  • Track recruiting activity and identify bottlenecks or opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three or more years of professional recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, or related experience.
  • Strong interviewing, communication, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential candidate and compensation information.
  • Commitment to consistent, lawful, merit-based hiring processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial-services or professional-services recruiting experience.
  • Experience with applicant-tracking systems, sourcing platforms, or recruiting analytics.
