Connected to the rest of the firm.
Investment decisions are made in context. The division works with wealth-management and planning professionals so portfolios reflect the client’s broader financial circumstances rather than market views alone.
The work requires intellectual curiosity, quantitative discipline, careful documentation, and the willingness to update conclusions when facts change.
Capability, judgment, and contribution.
We look for investors and analysts who can form independent views, explain their reasoning, and connect research to actual portfolio decisions.
- Strong understanding of investments, markets, and portfolio construction
- Analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability
- Ability to communicate investment ideas clearly
- Attention to risk, implementation details, and client constraints
- Professional designations or progress toward CFA®, CFP®, or related credentials can be valuable depending on the role
